A properly serviced transmission should only need a partial refresh. I've asked the dealership to look at it numerous times and each time, they've said it was fine. I took it back to nissan to get it checked. The problem seems to have gotten worse over time, happens mainly when turning right from a dead stop, and on wet pavement.
