Usually the skeleton will start out by throwing spears at you. It will restore all of your health if used, or you can sell it Julia for a good amount of money. Head west to fight some Ghouls as you go up some stairs then enter the next path to find some more Ghouls and a Lizard Shaman up the stairs ahead.
